1 Year Limited Warranty

FilmCube products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, FilmCube may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent model

  • Provide replacement components or parts

The warranty applies only to the FilmCube unit itself and does not extend to third-party equipment or accessories.

 

FilmCube products distribute power to connected devices. Users are responsible for verifying compatibility, voltage requirements, and safe operation before connecting equipment.

FilmCube shall not be liable for:

  • Damage to third-party devices

  • Loss of footage or data

  • Equipment downtime

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

What's Covered:

The 1-year limited warranty applies to:

  • Structural defects

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Electrical or mechanical failures caused by normal use

Coverage applies to the FilmCube unit itself.

What's NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or improper installation

  • Modification or unauthorized repairs

  • Accidental damage or impact

  • Water, liquid, or environmental exposure

  • Excessive voltage, improper batteries, or overload conditions

  • Normal cosmetic wear from regular use

Damage to connected third-party devices (cameras, monitors, accessories, etc.) is not covered.
